  1.  Verify / Identify today’s credit score. 

Don’t worry it is free, we ask that you pull a current credit report, this helps you verify that there are no mistakes. We also need this information because 90% of the loan programs require all three scores. If you do not have today’s scores (All three, Experian, Equifax, and Transunion) scores, or a score provider already, you can obtain your credit score using our suggested trusted partner.

2. Have this additional information available

  • The date you obtained your current credit score?
  • The total amount of your monthly bills?
  • Have you filed for bankruptcy in the last 2 years?
  • Have you missed payments in the last 2 years?

3. You will be assigned a personal representative

Be sure to check your email. You’ll be working with a Loans Now representative during this process. If necessary, they may call to introduce themselves. They can’t accept questionnaires or make decisions over the phone. They’ll also be sending you an email which lists the next steps you’ll need to take if required.

Once you receive that email, review it. It will describe what you need and include a link so that you can proceed to the Final Phase of the Loan Discovery process. It may take a minute, so that will allow you to gather the requested items or you can just relax if you already have the necessary information requested above.

As a follow-up, you’ll receive a welcome email and possibly a call from a personal representative about your loan information. Please make sure to check your email for details on the next steps.
